Sponsored event banner

Xenix Graphics will print one 3 x 6 ft (72 x 36 in) banner for your event at no charge. It is 13 oz vinyl, with grommets, for pickup in Dumas or Amarillo. You design it online, choose landscape or portrait, and pick where the sponsor badge sits. It stays inside the safe area and on the print.

• The area stays 3 x 6 ft (72 x 36 in). Landscape is the default. Portrait is 36 x 72 in. Quantity is one per order.
• No design fee, no coupon, and no $45 minimum on this banner.
• You can still check out with other paid items. The banner needs approval either way.
• Tell us the event, the date, your organization, and who to call.

Questions

What size is the banner?

3 x 6 ft (72 x 36 in). Landscape is the default. You can switch to portrait, 36 x 72 in. The area stays the same, and you cannot pick another size.

What does it cost?

The banner is $0. There is no design fee and the $45 order minimum does not apply to this line. A coupon does not apply to it either.

What is printed besides my design?

You pick one of five placements in the Sponsor badge panel. The default is a bottom strip with the words “Banner sponsored by Xenix Graphics” and the logo. You can switch placements. You cannot drag, delete, recolor, or cover the badge.

Where do I pick it up?

Dumas or Amarillo. This banner is not shipped. At checkout you choose one of those shops.

Can I add other products?

Yes. The rest of the order is priced as usual. The whole order is flagged until the sponsored banner is approved or declined.

When is it printed?

After the shop approves it. A free order stays in Sponsor review and is not processed automatically. You get an email either way.
